What We Do
In our first sessions, we carefully identify the area of your life that you would most like to go differently. We will then explore ways to develope steps toward making this a reality.
The major aim in counseling is to increase your knowlege about yourself, your partner (as needed) and patterns of interactions.
Counseling becomes effective as we apply new knowlege to indentify interfering patterns and discover better ones.
We will increase clarity about:
The kind of life you would like to experience.
The kind of person you aspire to become in order to build the life you want to create.
The individual blocks to becoming the kind of person you aspire to be.
The knowledge and skills necessary to achieve the above tasks.
